I was born in Ottawa, Ontario. Spent my youth as a pilot in the Canadian Air Force, Canadian Pacific Airline, Canadian Airline and retired from Air Canada.

I started my real vocation as an artist about 15 years ago and now it is full time. I paint from life when I can and travel with camera and sketchbook to collect faces for studio work.
